By accessing or using PadelRank (the mobile app and the website at padelrank.app, together "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Digital Envision LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PadelRank is a competitive rating and ranking system for padel, based on verified in-person matches. It provides:
To use PadelRank you must create an account by signing in with Google or Apple, and provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Verified matches must be played in person. We use QR code verification to confirm players are physically present. Creating fake matches or manipulating rankings is prohibited.
For a match to count toward ratings, the participating players verify the result. Unverified matches that remain pending are expired automatically after about 7 days.
You may log casual matches and add guest players (without PadelRank accounts). Casual matches and matches that lack at least two registered players are recorded but do not affect ratings or leaderboards.
A disputed match does not count until resolved. We may review disputed matches and make final determinations.
Player ratings are calculated using a TrueSkill-based system (a skill estimate with an uncertainty component) from match results, opponent strength, and your rating reliability. Ratings update after each verified match. The displayed rating and reliability are derived from this model and are provided for informational and recreational purposes.
Rankings are maintained at city, country, and global levels and may be displayed on padelrank.app and in the app.
Manipulating rankings through fake matches, collusion, or other fraudulent means will result in suspension or termination.
PadelRank Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. The price and billing period are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased on the website are billed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and managed in, those stores and are also subject to their terms.
Organizers may charge an entry fee for a tournament. Entry fees are payment for participation in a real-world padel event. They are processed by Stripe and paid out to the organizing club via Stripe Connect, less Stripe's processing fees and a PadelRank platform fee disclosed to the organizer. The organizing club is responsible for running the event and for any refunds; PadelRank is a technology platform and is not the organizer of, or a party to, the event.
A club that collects entry fees must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and is responsible for the accuracy of its account and for its tax obligations. Payouts are made by Stripe to the club's connected account.
You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases or, for organizers and clubs, with funds you receive.
Anyone with an account can create and organize tournaments and create and administer a club. If you organize a tournament or administer a club, you are responsible for the content you add (names, logos, event details), for fairly running your events, and for complying with applicable laws. You must have the rights to any logo or image you upload. We may remove content or events that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, match data, club and tournament details, logos). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Digital Envision LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of ratings, statistics, or other information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Envision LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or any bugs or harmful code. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Envision LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the new Terms and update the "Last updated" date, and notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may delete your account at any time in the app settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Digital Envision LLC regarding the Service.
