Frequently asked questions

Everything about ratings, matches and how PadelRank works.

Is PadelRank free?

Yes. Logging matches, earning a verified rating and climbing the leaderboards is completely free.

How is my rating calculated?

PadelRank uses a TrueSkill-based system. Each verified match updates your rating based on the result and the strength of everyone on court, so beating stronger opponents moves you up faster.

What's the difference between casual and verified matches?

Casual matches are just for your own history and don't affect your rating or the leaderboards. Verified matches count once all four players confirm the result, and that's what keeps the rankings honest.

What is the reliability score?

It's a confidence percentage showing how settled your rating is. New players start low, and it climbs as you play more verified matches.

Is there a website, or only the app?

Both. The iOS and Android app is the main way to play, but you can also sign in on the web to see your dashboard, match history and rankings.

How do I add someone who isn't on PadelRank?

Add them as a guest to your match and share the invite link. When they install the app and claim their profile, the match history follows them.

Which sports does PadelRank support?

Only padel. We're focused on doing one sport properly rather than spreading across many.

What languages is PadelRank available in?

Seven: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, Italian and German.
